All we can tell you is our guests keep asking for the recipe, which we gladly share! It has a great story which Chef Charles loves to tell. On top of the cake is Dee-licious Bananas Foster, flambeed table side. You get a yummy breakfast and a show! |
| ~Sides & Starters~ Home fries -Charles' home fries are diced and sauteed to perfection. He knows to make extra just for Christine! Carmelized onions added if you so desire. Fresh fruit - Whatever is in season you'll find on our table; strawberries, cantaloupes, bananas, or watermelon. Fruit Parfait- This simple concoction is a big hit up at the Knoll. Line the bottom of a parfait or ice cream glass with sliced apples, then drizzle with honey. Next, put on yogurt, (our guests like peach). Slice red grapes and gently place on top of the yogurt. Finally, Enjoy! |
